تهدف الدراسة إلى تقديم برنامج تأهيلى تثقيفى لتوعيةمجموعات من أولياء أمور أطفال ذوي الإعاقة بحقوق أبنائهم والدفاع عنها. أجريت هذه الدراسة على أولياء أمور أطفال ذوي الإعاقة لدى مدرسة التربية الفكرية بالعبور، وأدوات الدراسة أسئلة ومناقشات بين الباحثة وأولياء أمور أطفال ذوى الإعاقة وتم تطبيق البرنامج التأهيلى الارشادى أولياء أمور اطفال ذوى الإعاقة داخل مدرسة التربية الفكرية بالعبور وتم تطبيق البرنامج فى خلال ثلاثة عشر أسبوعاً. وأكدت النتائج أن الأسرة كانت فى بداية البرنامج لديها تصورات سلبية عن أنفسهم مثل أنهم السبب فى إنجاب طفل ذوي إعاقة وبالأخص الأم بسبب الجينات الوراثية وعن مدى قبول المجتمع لطفلهم وعن عدم معرفة الخدمات المهنية والتربوية والإرشادية التى يوفرها المجتمع لمثل هذه الأسر وتفضيل العزلة عن التفاعل بإيجابية مع المحيطين بهم مما يدفع بهم للقلق والخوف من التفاعل مع المجتمع المحيط ولذلك كان البرنامج لتعديل الأفكار السلبية لدى هذه الأسر وتزويدهم بأفكار إيجابية ومعلومات عما هو متوفر فى المجتمع من أجل راحتهم وتأهيل الأسر نفسياً بالرضا بأبنائهم ذوى الإعاقة. The study aims to present an educational rehabilitation program to educate groups of parents of children with disabilities about the rights and defense of their children. This study was conducted on parents of children with disabilities at the School of Intellectual Education in transit, and study tools were questions and discussions between the researcher and parents of children with disabilities. The results confirmed that the family, at the beginning of the program, had negative perceptions of themselves, such as that they were the reason for the birth of a child with a disability, especially the mother, because of genetic genes, the extent to which society accepted their child, the lack of knowledge of the professional, educational and guidance services provided by the community to such families, and the preference for isolation from interacting positively with those around them, which causes them to worry and fear interacting with the surrounding community, so the program was to modify the negative thoughts of these families and provide them with positive ideas and information about what is available in the community for their comfort and psychological rehabilitation of families with the satisfaction of their children with disabilities.
