تهدف الدراسة الى التعرف على درجة تطبيق معلمي ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية لإستراتيجيات تحليل السلوك التطبيقي في تنمية المهارات الاجتماعية من وجهة نظرهم. والتعرف على درجة تطبيق معلمي ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية لإستراتيجيات تحليل السلوك التطبيقي في تنمية المهارات الاجتماعية في ضوء بعض المتغيرات "النوع، المؤهل العلمي، نوع القطاع، سنوات الخبرة". يتكون مجتمع الدراسة الحالية من جميع معلمات ومعلمي ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية العاملين بالمدارس الحكومية، ومراكز الرعاية النهارية، وبعد الرجوع لإحصائيات إدارة التربية الخاصة، اتَّضح أن عدد معلمي الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية بمحافظة جدة بلغ عددهم (306) معلما ومعلمة حسب إحصائية إدارة التعليم بجدة، للفصل الدراسي الأول من (1440-1441هـ) وذلك خلال فترة إجراء الدراسة في الفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الجامعي 1442 ه/ 2021 م. توصي الباحثتان بالآتي: إلى جانب المعرفة النظرية، يجب تكثيف الجوانب العملية في المقررات الجامعية. والاهتمام بتدريب المعلمين والمعلمات على صياغة أهداف سلوكية مكتملة الشروط، إذ أنها المعيار الرئيسي للحكم على السلوك المستهدف بالتعديل أو التشكيل. وتحويل مقرر تحليل السلوك التطبيقي إلى مقرر عملي يطبق في المدارس والمراكز ويمارس فيه الطالب المتدرب ما يتعلمه من خلال اعداد خطط سلوكية متكاملة الأركان، والعمل على تنفيذها، ومن ثم تقويمها. The study aims to identify the degree to which teachers with intellectual disabilities apply the strategies of applied behavior analysis in developing social skills from their point of view. And to identify the degree to which teachers with intellectual disabilities apply the strategies of applied behavior analysis in developing social skills in light of some variables "gender, educational qualification, sector type, years of experience". The population of the current study consists of all female teachers and teachers with intellectual disabilities working in public schools and day care centers, and after referring to the statistics of the Department of Special Education, it became clear that the number of teachers of students with intellectual disabilities in Jeddah was (306) teachers. The two researchers recommend the following: In addition to theoretical knowledge, the practical aspects should be intensified in university courses. And interest in training teachers to formulate behavioral objectives with complete conditions, as it is the main criterion for judging the targeted behavior by modification or formation. Transforming the Applied Behavior Analysis course into a practical course to be applied in schools and centers in which the trainee student practices what he learns by preparing integrated behavioral plans, working on their implementation, and then evaluating them.
