يهدف البحث إلى إلقاء الضوء على مفهوم التعليم البديل، والتعرف على أبرز ملامح نماذج التعليم البديل في كلا من الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية والهند، واستخدم البحث المنهج المقارن، وفى سبيل تحقيق هدف البحث اعتمد على مجموعة من الخطوات بدأت بالإطار العام، ثم تحليل مفهوم التعليم البديل، ونشأته وخصائصه ومميزاته ومعايير نجاحه ونماذجه، ثم عرض نماذج للتعليم البديل في كلا من الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية والهند، ثم عرض تحليل مقارن لنماذج التعليم البديل في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية والهند، ثم عرض واقع الجهود المصرية في تطبيق نماذج التعليم البديل، وكشف أبرز المعوقات التي تواجهه الجهود المصرية في تطبيق نماذج التعليم البديل، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن التعليم البديل يستهدف عدد كبير من الطلاب الأكاديميين الذين يسعون للحصول على التعليم المنهي والتقني، كما يخدم الطلاب المعرضين لخطر الفشل الدراسي أو المهمشين والمتسربين من التعليم التقليدي، ودعم الطلاب الذين يعانون من صعوبات التعلم، ومشاكل عاطفية وسلوكية واجتماعية، والطلاب الذين يرتكبون مخالفات انضباطية خطيرة وجرائم ومشكلات تأديبية وقضائية، ويقوم التعليم البديل على الفردية والمرونة في تلبية احتياجات الطلاب، وتضمنت الخطوة الأخيرة وضع إجراءات مقترحة لتطبيق نماذج التعليم البديل في مصر من خلال الاستفادة من خبرة كلامن الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية والهند في هذا المجال. The study aims to shed light on the concept of alternative education, and to identify the most prominent features of alternative education models in both the United States of America and India. The study used the comparative method for its suitability to the subject of the study. Analyzing the concept of alternative education, its origins, characteristics, features, success criteria and models, then presenting models of alternative education in the United States of America and India, then presenting a comparative analysis of alternative education models in the United States and India, then presenting the reality of Egyptian efforts in applying alternative education models, revealing The most prominent obstacles facing Egyptian efforts in applying alternative education models, and the study concluded that alternative education targets a large number of academic students who seek professional and technical education, and serves students at risk of academic failure or marginalized and dropouts from traditional education, and supports students who suffer of learning difficulties, emotional, behavioral and social problems, and students who commit serious disciplinary infractions, crimes and problems There are disciplinary and judicial procedures, and alternative education is based on individuality and flexibility in meeting the needs of students, and the last step included the development of proposed procedures to implement alternative education models in Egypt by benefiting from the experience of both the United States of America and India in this field.
