هدفت الدراسة تعرف درجة ممارسة الشفافية الإدارية في مدارس البادية الشمالية الشرقية في الأردن من وجهة نظر الهيئة التعليمية فيها. تكونت العينة ن=273 بنسبة 10.5% من مجتمع الدراسة؛ اختيرت بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، واستخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي لملاءمته لطبيعة الدراسة. خلصت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: أن درجة ممارسة الشفافية الإدارية في البادية الشمالية الشرقية في الأردن جاءت بدرجة متوسطة. وأشارت نتائج الدراسة كذلك إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير النوع، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة في جميع مجالات ممارسة الشفافية الإدارية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات كان أهمها: أن يتم مراعاة إمكانات المعلمين وقدراتهم عند إصدار القوانين، والتشريعات، والأنظمة التي تتعلق بأعمالهم، وأن تعمل الإدارة العليا على إيجاد نظام اتصال مفتوح بين المعلمين في المدارس المختلفة، وأن ترتبط قرارات الإدارة العليا بنتائج تقييم الأداء. The study aims to identify the degree of administrative transparency in the schools of the Eastern North Badia (Jordan), as perceived by their teachers. The study sample (N=273) was randomly selected. The descriptive method was used. The study concluded that the degree of administrative transparency in the North Eastern Badia was medium. The results of the study indicated the existence of statistically significant differences due to gender variable, scientific qualification, and years of experience in all fields of administrative transparency. The study reached a number of recommendations, as of taking into account the executive capabilities of teachers when issuing laws, legislations and regulations relating to their work, and that the senior management to establish an open communication system between teachers in different schools, and that the decisions of senior management to be linked to the results of performance evaluation.
