هدف البحث إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة الثقافة التنظيمية لقيم التطور الحضاري لدى طالبات كلية التربية في الفصل الدراسي الأول 1438-1437 بمدينة جدة. استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتم بناء الاستبانة في ضوء الأدبيات المتعلقة بموضوع البحث. أظهرت النتائج أن درجة ممارسة الثقافة التنظيمية لقيم التطور الحضاري لدى طالبات كلية التربية جاءت بدرجة ممارسة (مرتفعة). وحصلت القيم على الترتيب التالي: 1) "تماسك الفريق" بمتوسط حسابي 2.64 ودرجة ممارسة مرتفعة وجاءت جميع العبارات بدرجة ممارسة مرتفعة. 2) "إتقان العمل" بمتوسط حسابي 2.58 ودرجة ممارسة مرتفعة وجاءت جميع العبارات بممارسة مرتفعة. 3) "الالتزام التنظيمي" بمتوسط حسابي 2.54 درجة ممارسة مرتفعة. 4) "إعمال العقل" بمتوسط حسابي 2.31 ودرجة ممارسة مرتفعة. 5) "احترام الوقت" بمتوسط حسابي 2.24 ودرجة ممارسة متوسطة. وأردفت الدراسة ببعض التوصيات بالنسبة لتوضيح افتراضات ومكونات الثقافة التنظيمية ودرجة الإفادة من تبيانها. The research aims to find out the level of practicing organizational culture of the values of civilized development among female students of the College of Education in the first semester 1437-1438 in Jeddah. The researcher used the descriptive method. A questionnaire was developed and applied. Results showed that the degree of the organizational culture of the values of civilized development among the female students of the Faculty of Education came at a high level. The values came in the following order: The first ranking (team cohesiveness) was achieved by an average score 2.64 as high. The second was (mastery of work) with a mean of 2.58 and a degree of practie as high. The third was (organizational commitment) with an average of 2.54 and a level of practice high. The fourth was (mindfull interpretivism) with a mean 2.31. Time Respect came at the fifth rank; with a mean 2.24. Recommendations regarding status ascription and future prescription are cited.
