هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة المعيقات التي تواجة معلمي التربية الرياضية من وجهة نظر مديريهم قي لواء الموقر، وقد استخدام المنيج الوصفي المسحي. كما اعتمدت الباحثة الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (50) مدير ومديرة في لواء الموقر. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن المعيقات التي تواجة معلمي التربية الرياضية من وجهة نظر مديريهم قي لواء الموقر، جاء بدرجة ضعيفة، كما أظهرت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α=0.05) للمعيقات التي تواجة معلمي ومعلمات التربية الرياضية في لواء الموقر، باختالف الجنس ووجود فرق لصالح من هم من حملة الماجستير للمؤهل العلمي. The paper aimed to identify the Obstacles facing physical education teachers from the point of view of their principals in the Muwaqar District, and the use of the descriptive survey method. These results came to the result of the study that it conducted, and the study, and the researcher’s association, collected the questionnaire as a tool for data collection, and the study sample consisted of (50) male and female directors in the Muwaqar District, and the study reached the point of view of their managers in the Muwaqar District, the order of results came to the absence of differences. Statistically significant at the significance level (α = 0.05) for the obstacles that physical education teachers face in the Muwaqar District, according to gender and the presence of a difference in their master's degree.
