This study aimed to identify the challenges facing the use of the e-learning system from the point of view of principals, heads of departments and educational supervisors. In Al- al-Muwaqar Brigade schools of education, the sample consisted of all principals, directors, supervisors, supervisors and heads of departments in the Directorate of Education of al-Muwaqar Brigade, who numbered (81) individuals. Legislation, laws and regulations, teacher qualification and training, and student follow-up evaluation), and the results showed that the obstacles to using the e-learning system in the al-Muwaqar district came to a high degree on all areas of the questionnaire, and the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the estimates of the study sample members for the obstacles of the learning system. The study recommended a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the adoption of the concept of e-learning in a broader way by the teachers of al-Muwaqar schools, and the holding of a training course for teachers to clarify the importance of e-learning.
