هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الكفايات الإلكترونية لمديري المدارس الحكومية في مديرية تربية مأدبا كما يحددها مديرو المدارس الحكومية، وتم اتباع المنهج الوصفي، وتمثل مجتمع الدراسة من جميع مديري ومديرات المدارس في مديرية تربية مأدبا والبالغ عددهم (95) فرد، حيث تم اختيار عينة بطريقة متيسرة تكونت من (75) فرد من مجتمع الدراسة، وتمثلت أداة الدراسة استبانة تكونت من جزئين واشتمل الجزء الأول على البيانات الديموغرافية: الجنس، والخبرة، والمستوى العلمي أما الجزء الثاني فقد اشتمل على الكفايات الإلكترونية المتمثلة بمحورين (كفايات استخدام الحاسوب، وكفايات استخدام شبكة الإنترنت)، وتم التأكد من ثباتها بحساب معامل الاتساق الداخلي (كرونباخ ألفا) وبلغت قيمته (0.886) وتم حساب معامل الصدق الداخلي وبلغت قيمته (0.917). وأظهرت النتائج أن مستوى الكفايات الإلكترونية لدى مدراء المدارس في محافظة مأدبا كان بدرجة متوسطة، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة توفر الكفايات تعزى لمتغير المستوى العلمي أو متغير الجنس او متغير الخبرة. وأوصت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات أهمها: تقديم البرامج التدريبية لمدراء المدارس، التي تشتمل على الكفايات التكنولوجية حتى يتمكنو من اتقانها بشكل أكبر. This study aimed to identify the electronic competencies of public school principals in the Madaba Education Directorate as determined by government school principals, and the descriptive approach was followed. It consisted of (75) individuals from the study community. The study tool consisted of a two-part questionnaire. The first part included demographic data: gender, experience, and scientific level. The second part included electronic competencies represented in two axes (computer use competencies, and Internet use competencies), and its stability was confirmed by calculating the internal consistency coefficient (Cronbach's alpha) and its value was (0.886), and the internal validity coefficient was calculated and its value was (0.917). There are no statistically significant differences in the degree of availability of competencies due to the educational level variable. Or the variable of gender or the variable of experience, and the study recommended a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: Providing training programs for school principals, which include technological competencies so that they can master them more.
