تؤدي القيادة المدرسية من خلال الدور المركزي الذي يلعبه مدير المدرسة الدور الفعال والحيوي في فعالية المدرسة وإنجاز الطالب. ولقد غير استخدام الإنترنت في العملية التعليمية من خلال الدور والطريقة التي يتواصل بها المعلمون والمسؤولين في النظام التعليمي، باستخدام الرسائل نصية والبريد بريد إلكتروني وغيرها من التقنيات التكنولوجية. تكون مجتمع الدراسة من عدد معلمي ومعلمات صفوف المرحلة الأساسية في محافظة مأدبا للعام الدراسي 2021-2022، البالغ عددهم (1484) بواقع (412) من الذكور و(1072) من الإناث. تكونت عينة الدراسة (139) معلماً ومعلمة من مدراس محافظة مأدبا. وقد تم اختيراهم بالطريقة العشوائية، وقد بلغ عدد الذكور (91) في حين بلغ عدد الإناث (48). طورت الباحثة أداة الدراسة اعتماداً الدراسات السابقة التي بحثت في العوامل المؤثرة في التعليم الإلكتروني وقد تكونت من (10) فقرة، وقد اشتملت على بعدين هما مجال تطبيق التعلم الإلكتروني في المدرسة، ومجال متطلبات التعليم الإلكتروني. وقد تمتعت الأداة بصدق وثبات وحُسب ثبات الأداة بطريقة الاتساق الداخلي باستخدام معامل ألفا كرونباخ (alpha Cronback) وكانت قيمة معامل الثبات (86.5). وقد أشرات النتائج إلى أن السابق أن مستوى دور المدراء في التعليم الإلكتروني من وجهة نظر المعلمين في محافظة مأدبا كان جيداً إذ بلغ المتوسط الحسابي (3.82) وبانحراف معيراي (72.0). School leadership through the principal's central role, plays an effective and vital role in school effectiveness and student achievement. The use of the Internet in the educational process has changed the role and the way teachers and administrators communicate in the educational system, using text messages, emails and other technologies. The study population consisted of the number of male and female primary school teachers in the Madaba governorate for the academic year 2021-2022. Which were (1484), (412) males and (1072) females. The study sample consisted of (139) male and female teachers from Madaba Governorate schools. They were chosen randomly, and the number of males was (91) while the number of females was (48). The researcher developed the study tool based on previous studies that examined the factors affecting e-learning and it consisted of (10) paragraphs, and it included two dimensions: the field of e-learning application in the school, and the field of e-learning requirements. The tool was consistent and accurate, and the tool's stability was calculated using the internal consistency method and using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The value of the reliability coefficient was (86.5). The results indicated that the previous level of the role of principals in e-learning from the point of view of teachers in Madaba governorate was (good), as the arithmetic mean was (3.82) and with a standard deviation of (0.72).
