هدفت هذه الدراسة لبحث أوجه الضعف في المهارات الوظيفية للخريجين في التخصصات الشرعية لتلبية احتياجات سوق العمل، وحدود تداعياتها على أداء سوق العمل في السعودية، سعيا وراء النظر في إيجاد حلول علمية أكاديمية لها من خلال برامج التخصصات، والدراسات البينية، والتي تعد مطلبا أساسيا للعديد من المهن في سوق العمل، فكان لا بد من دراسة تداعيات المناهج النظرية المنفصلة في العلوم المعرفية والشرعية وأثر ذلك على سوق العمل، لتحديد مدى اشتمالها على المعارف والمهارات المهنيةِ اللازمة للممارسة المهنية في المملكة العربية السعودية، فاستعرض البحث مدى الدور المنوط بمنشآت القطاع الخاص والعام للعمل على سد هذا الضعف وتلبية تكامل العلوم والمعرفة وسد احتياج سوق العمل في التخصصات الشرعية، فجاءت نتائج الدراسة تؤكد الآتي: افتقاد الرؤية الدقيقة والمناسبة لكيفية بناء الدراسات البينية المناسبة لهذه التخصصات نتيجة عزلة هذه التخصصات، مما يستلزم تطوير آلية البحث العلمي وافتقاد الشراكة في التخطيط والدراسات. This study aimed to examine the weaknesses in the functional skills of graduates in Shari'ah disciplines to meet the needs of the labor market and the limits of their repercussions on the performance of the labor market in Saudi Arabia. The study aims at finding academic scientific solutions through interdisciplinary programs and inter-studies, for many professions in the labor market, it was necessary to study the implications of the separate theoretical approaches in the knowledge and legitimacy sciences and its impact on the labor market to determine the extent to which they contain the professional knowledge and skills necessary for professional practice in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Review the extent of the role assigned to the private and public sectors to work to overcome this weakness and to meet the complementarity of science and knowledge and to fill the needs of the labor market in the legal disciplines. The results of the study confirm the lack of accurate and appropriate vision of how to build appropriate inter-disciplinary studies due to the isolation of these disciplines, scientific research, and the lack of partnership in planning and studies.
