The study aimed to know the role of school leaders in developing national loyalty among high school students in the city of Hail, the study used the descriptive survey method, and the study also used the questionnaire as a study tool as it was applied to the tool on all school leaders in the city of Hail and the number (112) leaders and leaders; in addition To be applied to a sample of male and female teachers that reached 25% of the parent community, which amounted to (2572) male and female teachers, and the study reached a set of results, the most important results are: The role of school leaders in developing national loyalty for secondary school students is practiced with a degree of great agreement, due to the five dimensions of study (patriotism - protecting homeland - knowing of rights and duties - practicing disciplined freedom - commitment to public values) from the point of view of the sample members. The study also revealed that, and there are no statistically significant differences in the degree of study members estimating for the role of school leaders in the city of Hail in developing national loyalty among high school students in the dimensions of (patriotism, knowledge of rights and duties, adherence to public values), due to the difference in the type of sample, while there are significant differences A statistic in the degree of study members ’appreciation of the role of school leaders in the city of Hail in developing national loyalty among high school students in the dimensions of (protecting the country, exercising disciplined freedom), and in the overall degree of the role of school leaders in developing national loyalty, due to the difference in the type of sample, and those differences were Male sample. There are statistically significant differences in the degree of study personnel estimating for the role of school leaders in the city of Hail in developing national loyalty among high school students in the dimensions: (patriotism, protecting the homeland, knowing rights and duties, practicing disciplined freedom, adhering to general values), and in the overall degree The role of school leaders in developing national loyalty is due to the difference in the current work of the members of the sample, and these differences were in favor of the members of the sample whose current work (school leader - leader). The mathematical averages of the role of school leaders for the answers of the study sample on ways to develop the role of school leaders in the city of Hail in developing national loyalty among high school students came with a degree strongly agreed. The study recommended the necessity of setting a comprehensive strategy for school leaders in secondary schools in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia aimed at enhancing national loyalty among high school students. (Published abstract)
