هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور معلم العلوم الشرعية في تنمية الوعي المهني لدى طلبة المرحلة الثانوية من وجهة نظر معلمي العلوم الشرعية بمنطقة عسير. وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (120) معلما للعلوم الشرعية من مدينتي أبها وخميس مشيط، وقد اختيروا بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية، وقد جمعت بيانات الدراسة من خلال إستبانة قام الباحث بتصميمها تكونت من (15) فقرة، وقد أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى ضرورة تعريف الطلبة بالنماذج المهنية الناجحة في التراث الإسلامي، وأهمية الاطلاع على سير الناجحين مهنيا في مجتمع المتعلم، كما أكدت على أهمية التعريف بالمهن المتاحة في سوق العمل، والمتطلبات المهارية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية للمهن المتاحة في سوق العمل، وكذلك التعريف بالمنافذ المهنية المتفرعة عن التخصصات العلمية والنظرية، وبالقيم والسلوكيات التي على الموظف مراعاتها لتحقيق النجاح المهني. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة يوصي الباحث بضرورة تضمين مقررات العلوم الشرعية عدد من الموضوعات الحاثة على العمل ومهاراته وعلاقته بمضامين الرؤية الوطنية 2030م، وتكثيف البرامج والأنشطة المصاحبة المعنية بالتعريف بالمهن المتاحة ومتطلباتها، وتفعيل دور الشراكة بين المؤسسات التعليمية والجهات المعنية بسوق العمل السعودي للتعريف بالخطط المستقبلية في إيجاد الوظائف وفق برامج الرؤية الوطنية 2030م، ومبادراتها مما سيساهم في توجيه الطلبة التوجيه الأمثل. The current study aimed at identifying the role of Islamic Studies Teachers' in enhancing professional awareness among secondary schools’ students based on Islamic Studies Teachers' Perceptions at Asir Region. The study sample consisted of (120) Islamic sciences teachers from Abha and Khamis Mushait who were selected by using the method stratified random sample. The data of the study were collected by using a tool of a survey questionnaire consisting of (15) items designed by the researcher. The study revealed that it is a necessity for secondary school students to be aware of successful professional models in Islamic heritage as well as the importance of awareness of successful professional people's biographies in the learner's community. The results also underscored and confirmed the importance of knowing the available jobs in the market and skillful, social and economic requirements for available jobs in the market, besides specifying the professional outlets which were bifurcated from scientific and theoretical disciplines, with values and behaviors which should be fully considered by an employee to achieve the professional success. In the light of the above-mentioned results, the researcher recommends the necessity and obligation to include the Islamic sciences syllabuses some spectra and plethora of topics that may motivate the work and its skill in relation to the implications of the Saudi National Vision of 2030 as well as condensing programs and activities that aim at identifying the available professions and their requirements. It will also activate the role of collaborations between the educational institutions and the employers who shoulder the responsibility of Saudi labour market to identify the future plans of creating new jobs in accordance with the programs and national initiatives of 2030 vision which may play a role that contributes to guiding the students in the best possible way.
