هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى مراجعة تحليلية نظرية للمعايير الواجب توافرها لتحقيق جودة التقويم التربوي، وقد تم استعراض الأطر النظرية للتقويم وعلاقته بجودة التعليم، حيث يعد التقويم التربوي أحد أركان العملية التعليمية، والتي تعتمد عليه في تحقيق جودة نواتج عملية التعلم، وعليه فأنه من الضروري الاهتمام بجودة التقويم التربوي. وبعد تحليل الأدبيات السابقة، خرجت الدراسة بمجموعة من المعايير للتحقق من جودة التقويم التربوي تلخصت في الوضوح، والارتباطية، والشفافية، والموضوعية، والعدالة، والتنوع، والشمولية، والاستمرارية، والمصداقية، والاعتمادية، والتواصل، والتوازن، والإجرائية، والأثر الإيجابي، والواقعية. والملاحظ أن هناك ندرة في الدراسات التي تركز على جودة التقويم التربوي. وقد أوصت الدراسة الحالية بضرورة تطوير مؤشرات لمعايير جودة التقويم التربوي يسهل على المختصين توظيفها لتجويد الممارسات المتعلقة بالتقويم التربوي. This study aimed at conducting an analytical theoretical review of the standards that must be met to achieve the quality of educational assessment. The theoretical frameworks for assessment and its relationship to the quality of education were reviewed. Educational assessment is one of the pillars of the educational process, which depends on it to achieve the quality of learning outcomes. Accordingly, it is necessary to pay attention to the quality of educational assessment. After analyzing the previous literature, the study came out with a set of standards to verify the quality of educational assessment summarized in terms of clarity, relevance, transparency, objectivity, fairness, diversity, comprehensiveness, continuity, credibility, reliability, communication, balance, practicality, positive impact, and authenticity. It is noticeable that there is a scarcity of studies that focus on the quality of educational assessment. The current study recommended the necessity of developing indicators for the quality standards of educational assessment that can be used by specialists to improve practices related to educational assessment.
