هدفت الورقة البحثية الحالية إلي: تقويم مشروعات التوجيه المهني بالتعليم الصناعي في مصر، إبراز أهم نقاط القوة في محاولة لاستثمارها وتعظيمها، الوقوف على نقاط الضعف في محاولة لتشخيصها وتوضيح أسبابها واقتراح سبل التغلب عليها، وإستخدمت المنهج الوصفي، وتناولت الورقة البحثية تقويم مشروعات التوجيه المهني بالتعليم الصناعي في مصر وعلي رأسها مشروع دعم التشغيل الالماني وعلي رأسها مشروع دعم التشغيل الالماني EPP وبعد التعرض لنقاط القوة والوقوف علي نقاط الضعف لدي المشروع توصلت الورقة البحثية لبعض المقترحات التي من دورها إبراز نقاط القوة والاستفادة منها ورصد نقاط الضعف والتغلب عليها ومن أهم هذة المقترحات : 1) تأسيس نظام توجيه وإعادة توجيه، بين القطاعات المعنية المختلفة، يكون متكاملا ومتماسكا ومكملًا لما هو موجود، ومستمرا. 2) ضرورة استحداث كادر لميسري التوجيه المهني بجانب الكادر الإداري وينبغي أن تقوم الجامعات باتخاذ خطوات لبناء مثل هذا الكادر، وهذا سيتطلب المساعدة الفنية والمالية. 3) الرجوع إلى المقترحات المقدمة بخصوص تقنين أوضاع الميسرين وإدراج الجلسات بالخطة الدراسية (ضمن النصاب، فوق النصاب، بأجر. 4) تأسيس نظام موثوق لجمع ومعالجة ونشر المعلومات حول المسيرة المهنية، والمهن وعالم العمل. 5) تخصيص ميزانية مناسبة من قبل وزارة التربية والتعليم لبرامج وأنشطة التوجيه والإرشاد المهني المقدمة بالمدارس. 6) زيادة المشاركة المجتمعية في تيسير سبل التعاون بين المعلمين و الميسرين وأولياء أمور الطلاب. The current research paper aimed at: evaluating career guidance projects in industrial education in Egypt, highlighting the most important strengths in an attempt to invest and maximize them, identifying weaknesses in an attempt to diagnose them to clarify their causes and suggest ways to overcome them. The research paper used the descriptive approach, and dealt with evaluating career guidance projects in industrial education sector in Egypt, especially the German Employment Support Project (EPP), and after exposure to the strengths and weaknesses of the project, the research paper reached some recommendations whose role is to highlight the strengths and benefit from them, monitor the weaknesses and overcome them. Among the most important of these recommendations: 1) Establishing a system of guidance and redirection between the various concerned sectors, that is integrated, coherent and complementary to what exists, and is continuous. 2) The necessity of creating a cadre of career guidance facilitators alongside the administrative cadre, and universities should take steps to build such a cadre, and this will require technical and financial assistance. 3) Referring to the recommendations proposed regarding the legalization of the status of facilitators and the inclusion of sessions in the study plan (within the quorum, above the quorum, paid). 4) Establishing a reliable system for collecting, processing and disseminating information about career path, occupations and the world of work. 5) Allocating an appropriate budget by the Ministry of Education for the programs and activities of vocational guidance provided in schools. 6) Increasing community participation in facilitating cooperation among teachers, facilitators and parents of students.
