The present study aims to identify the role of the curricula of Islamic disciplines in building the positive personality of Muslims among middle school students. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers used the descriptive approach (with its methods: content analysis and survey), the sample of the study consisted of randomly selected 140 teachers, male, and female, of the Islamic disciplines in the intermediate stage in Al-Qassim region. The questionnaire was administered in the first semester of the academic year 1439/1440 ah, of which 73 were males (52.1%) and 67 females (47.9%). The study found a difference in the inclusion of Islamic books on topics that contribute to the building of positive Muslim personality. It also founds that the curricula of Islamic Fiqh in the middle stage have a great role in building positive personality from the point of view of teachers. In addition, there are no statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample members on the role of sharia curricula in the intermediate stage because of difference in type. In light of the results of the study, the researchers offered a list of recommendations and suggestions. (Published abstract)
