هدف البحث إلى التعرف على الايقاع الحيوي بدورتيه العقلية والانفعالية بدقة التصويب بكرة اليد، واستخدامت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي لكونه اكثر ملائمة لطبيعة المشكلة المراد بحثها، وتكونت عينة البحث من (20) طالب حيث تم اختيارهم بطريقة عمدية، وتم الاستعانة بالوسائل الاحصائية المناسبة لأستخراج النتائج بأسلوب احصائي وعلمي سليمين. وأستنتجت الباحثة هنالك علاقة ارتباط عالية بين القدرات الذهنية والانفعالية لدى عينة البحث وأن للقدرات العقلية او الذهنية في اهمية كبيرة في دقة التصويب، وعملية التركيز واتخاذ القرار المناسب يميز اللاعبين الذين يتمتعون بقدرات عقلية عالية، فيما أوصت علىإجراء بحوث مشابهة بالدورات الحيوية الاخرى وهي البدنية والحسية والتاكيد على اجراء اختبارات دورية على لاعبي كرة اليد والالعاب الاخرى فيما يخص القدرات العقلية.
