تهدف الدراسة الى معرفة (تطوير مهارة رسم الخرائط في نظم المعلومات الجغرافية (GIS) لدى الطلبة)، حيث اعتمدت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي كونه المنهج الملائم لإجراءات البحث، وتألف مجتمع البحث من طلبة المرحلة الثالثة - قسم الجغرافيا في كليات التربية الاساسية وتم اختيار طلبة المرحلة الثالثة - قسم الجغرافيا - كلية التربية الأساسية / جامعة بابل لتكون عينة البحث، وقامت الباحثة ببناء برنامج للطلبة من اجل تطوير مهاراتهم في مادة نظم المعلومات الجغرافية (GIS) وكذلك معرفة مدى تحسين أداء الطبة وتطوير مهاراتهم قبل البرنامج وبعد تطبيق البرنامج التفاعلي. The study aims to know (developing the skill of mapping in geographic information systems (GIS) among students), as the researcher adopted the descriptive approach as it is the appropriate approach to the research procedures, and the research community consisted of students of the third stage - the geography department in the faculties of basic education. The selection of students of the third stage - department of geography - College of Basic Education / University of Babylon to be the research sample, and the researcher built a program for students in order to develop their skills in the subject of geographic information systems (GIS) as well as to know the extent of improving the performance of students and developing their skills before the program and after the application of the interactive program.
