يهدف البحث الحالي إلى كشف السمات الإبداعية لدى الطلبة المتميزين من وجهة نظر المدرسين، وتكوّنت عينة البحث من (60) مدرّسا ومدرّسة ما نسبتهُ (34) ذكر(26) اناث من جميع مدارس المتميزين في محافظة ذي قار وبواقع مدرستين هما ثانوية الكرار للمتميزين وثانوية الزهراء للمتميزات التابعة لمديرية تربية محافظة ذي قار، اختيروا بالطريقة القصدية، ونظرا لطبيعة البحث اعتمد الباحثان المنهج الوصفي، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث قام الباحثان ببناء مقياس سمات ابداعية مكوّن من (54) فِقرة، وجرى التحقق من صدق المقياس وثباته، واُعتمدت حزمة التحليل الإحصائي (SPSS) لاستخراج النتائج أظهرت النتائج: 1) إن درجة السمات الابداعية لدى الطلبة المتميزين من وجهة نظر مدرسيهم جاءت بدرجة كبيرة. 2) وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α =0.05) في الاستجابات لمقياس السمات الابداعية لدى الطلبة المتميزين تبعا الجنس، حيث بلغت قيمة (ت) (T) (2.25) وبدلالة إحصائية بلغت (0.03) وهي قيمة دالة إحصائيا لصالح الذكور بمتوسط حسابي(2.85)، بينما بلغ المتوسط الحسابي للإناث (2.69). في ضوء النتائج يوصي الباحث بالآتي: 1) العمل على توظيف مقياس السمات الابداعية في المرحلة المختلفة. 2) عمل مكافأة تشجيعية أو كتاب تثمين جهد إلى المدرسين المتميزين أو عمل مسابقة سنويا للمعلم المثالي في التعليم، لكي تساعدهم على العطاء المستمر وتخلق روح المنافسة فيما بينهم. 3) إجراء دراسة ميدانية حول كشف السمات الابداعية بالمراحل التعليمية الأخرى. The current research aims to reveal the creative traits of distinguished students from the teachers point of view. The research sample consisted of (60) male and female teachers (34) male from all distinguished schools in Thi-Qar province, and by two schools, Al Karrar Secondary School for Distinguished Boys and Al Zahra Secondary School for Distinguished Women belonging to the directorate of education in Thi-Qar governorate, they were chosen intentionally, and related to the nature of the research. The researchers adopted the descriptive approach, and to achieve the goals of the research, the researchers built a scale of creative traits consisting of (54) items, the validity of the scale was verified and its reliability, and a statistical analysis suite (SPSS) was adopted to extract the results. Showed the results: 1) the degree of creative traits of distinguished students from the viewpoint of their teachers came to a large degree. 2) There is statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α=0.05) in responses to the scale of creative traits among distinguished students according to gender, where the t value (2.25) and statistically significant amount (0.03) which is a statistically significant value in favor of males with an average (2.85), while the female mean was 2.69. In light of the results, the researcher recommends the following: 1) working on implementing the scale of creative traits in the different stage. 2) Create an incentive reward or a certification for the distinguished teachers or create an annual competition for the ideal teacher in education, in order to help them to give continuously and create a spirit of competition among them. 3) Conducting an empirical study on revealing creative traits in other educational stages.
