هدف البحث التعرف إلى السلوك القيادي لمدراء المدارس الثانوية في العراق من وجهة نظر المشرفيين الاداريين، وقام الباحث باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث، وتم استخدام استبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات اللازمة، وقد تضمنت الاستبانة (40) فقرة موزعة على مجالين هما (العمل، العلاقات الانسانية) وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع مديري المدارس وعددهم (90) مديرا مديرة، وتم تحليل بيانات الاستبانة للحصول على النتائج باستخدام برنامج التحليل الاحصائي (SPSS) واما المعالجات الاحصائية فقد استخدم ومنها: النسبة المئوية، الوزن النسبي، اختبار كرونباخ، معامل ارتباط بيرسون، اختبار T. وقد توصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها: 1) أن افراد العينة ابدوا موافقة بدرجة كبيرة بوزن نسبي (88%) والمشرفيين الاداريين عموما يرون ان سلوك قيادي لمدراء في المدارس الثانوية في بغداد. 2) لا توجد فروق ذات دلاله احصائية بين الذكور والاناث وفق متغير الجنس. The goal of the research is to identify the leadership behavior of high school principals in Iraq from the point of view of administrative supervisors, and the researcher used the descriptive analytical method, and to achieve the objectives of the research, and was used resolution as a tool to collect the necessary data, and the resolution included (40) paragraphs distributed over two fields the study community is made up of all 90 principals, and the questionnaire data were analyzed to obtain results using the statistical analysis program (SPSS) and statistical treatments were used, including: percentage, relative weight, Cronbach test, Pearson correlation coefficient, T test. The research has reached several conclusions, the most important of which are: 1) that the members of the sample showed great approval of the relative weight (88) and the administrative supervisors generally consider that the behavior of the leaders of the high schools in Baghdad. 2) There are no statistically significant differences between males and females according to the gender.
