استهدف البحث الحالي الى التعرف على: 1) مستوى الرغبة نحو الهجرة الخارجية لدى طالبات كلية التربية للبنات. 2) الفروق ذات الدلالة الاحصائية في مستوى الرغبة نحو الهجرة الخارجية لدى طالبات كلية التربية للبنات وفقا لمتغير المرحلة الدراسية (ثانية، رابعة). تكونت عينة البحث من (234) طالبة من طالبات كلية التربية للبنات للأقسام (الكيمياء، والفيزياء، والتاريخ، والعلوم التربوية والنفسية) للمرحلة الثانية والرابعة للدراسة الصباحية، تم اختيارهن بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، ولتحقيق اهداف البحث تم اعداد وتكيف مقياس لمعرفة الرغبة نحو الهجرة الخارجية، وتم استخراج الصدق الظاهري وصدق البناء (الاتساق الداخلي) عن طريق حساب معامل ارتباط بيرسون لعلاقة الفقرة بالدرجة الكلية للمقياس, والثبات بطريقة التجزئة النصفية، وتوصل الباحث الى مجموعة من النتائج الى وجود مستوى عال من الرغبة نحو الهجرة الخارجية لدى طالبات كلية التربية للبنات، وايضا اشارت النتائج الى وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى (0.05) على وفق متغير المرحلة الدراسية تعزى لدى طالبات المرحلة الرابعة، وفي ضوء نتائج البحث توصل الباحث الى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات، وايضا قدم الباحث مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات. The current research aimed to identify: 1) the level of desire towards foreign immigration among students of the College of Education for Girls. 2) The statistically significant differences in the level of desire towards foreign immigration among students of the College of Education for Girls according to the variable of the school stage (first, fourth). The research sample consisted of (234) female students from the college of education for girls for the departments (chemistry, physics, history, educational and psychological sciences) for the second and fourth stages of the morning study, they were chosen by simple random method, and to achieve the goals of the research, a measure was prepared and adapted to know the desire towards external migration, the apparent honesty and sincerity of the construction (internal consistency) was extracted by calculating the Pearson correlation coefficient of the vertebral relationship with the overall degree of the scale, and the stability in the midterm fractionation method. The results indicate that there are statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) according to the variable of the stage attributed to the fourth stage students, and in the light of the research results the researcher reached a set of conclusions, and the researcher also presented a set of recommendations and proposals.
