يهدف البحث الى معرفة اتجاهات الطلبة / المدرسين نحو مهنة تدريس مادة الكيمياء في كلية التربية للعلوم الصرفة – ابن الهيثم. طبقت تجربة البحث في الفصل الثاني من العام الدراسي (2018- 2019)على عينة قصدية من طلبة الصف الرابع من قسم الكيمياء في كلية التربية للعلوم الصرفة – ابن الهيثم، تألفت عينة البحث من (40) طالبا وطالبة بواقع (18) طالبا و(22) طالبة اختيرت عشوائيا، اعتمد الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي (the descriptive analytical method) وهو احد اشكال البحوث الشائعة في وصف وتحليل نتائج استجابات طلبة المرحلة الرابعة / قسم الكيمياء (أفراد عينة البحث)، تم اعداد اداة للبحث هو مقياس لاتجاة الطلبة نحو مهنة التدريس، تالف المقياس من (20) فقرة تم التحقق من صدق بناءه وثباته فقد بلغ معامل الثبات (0.90) باستخدام معادلة الفاكرونباخ. واظهرات النتائج انة ليست هنالك فروق كبيرة في اتجاهات الطلبة / المدرسين نحو مهنة التدريس بين الذكور والاناث وانه ليس لمتغير الجنس اي تأثير على اتجاهات الطلبة / المدرسين نحوة مهنة التعليم. The research aims to know the attitudes of students / teachers towards the profession of teaching chemistry in the College of Education for Pure Sciences - Ibn Al Haytham. The research experiment was applied in the second semester of the academic year (2018-2019) on an intentional sample from the fourth-grade students from the department of chemistry at the College of Education for Pure Sciences - Ibn Al-Haytham, the research sample consisted of (40) male and female students (18) students and (22) (a student was chosen randomly). The two researchers adopted the descriptive analytical approach, which is one of the common forms of research in describing and analyzing the results of the responses of students of the fourth stage / department of chemistry (individuals of the research sample). Paragraph has been verified as to the sincerity of its construction and its stability. The stability coefficient is (0.90) using the Cronbach equation. The results showed that there are no significant differences in the attitudes of students / teachers towards the teaching profession between males and females and that the gender variable has no effect on the attitudes of students / teachers towards the teaching profession.
