هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على درجة توظيف المشرفين التربويين لتطبيق الحوسبة وملفات الإنجاز الإلكتروني، ودوره في رفع مستوى وعي المعلمين بعمليات التقويم الأصيل، حيث يعتبر التقويم التربوي أبزر الوسائل التربوية الفاعلة في التحقق من مخرجات العملية التعليمية، ومدى اكتساب المتعلم للخبرات والمعارف المحددة، لذا ومن خلال استخدام ملف الإنجاز الإلكتروني والذي يمكن الطلبة بتسجيل كل إنجازاتهم خلال مدة زمنية محددة، فإنه يمكن للمعلم تقويم الطلبة في ضوء ذلك. ولتحقيق غرض الدراسة اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وأعد الباحث استبانة مكونة من ثلاثة محاور لقياس متغيرات الدراسة والعلاقة بينها، وتألف مجتمع الدراسة من جميع المشرفين التربويين والبالغ عددهم (500) مشرف تقريباً، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة ما يلي: درجة توظيف المشرفين التربويين لتطبيق الحوسبة وملفات الإنجاز الإلكترونية كبيرة، حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي لها (3.38) وبوزن نسبي (67.6%)، فيما جاءت درجة وعي المعلمين بعمليات التقويم الأصيل كبيرة أيضاً، حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي لها (3.41)، وبوزن نسبي (68.23%)، وهو ما يعبر عن درجة وعي كبيرة. كما أظهرت النتائج مساهمة توظيف المشرفين التربويين لملفات الإنجاز الإلكترونية في زيادة وتحسين وعي المعلمين في عمليات التقويم الأصيل، حيث أنه كلما زاد توظيف المشرفين التربويين لتطبيق الحوسبة وملفات الإنجاز الإلكترونية كلما زاد وعي المعلمين بعمليات التقويم الأصيل. وأخيراً كشفت الدراسة عن وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً حول متوسط استجابات المبحوثين لدرجة توظيف المشرفين التربويين لتطبيق الحوسبة وملفات الإنجاز الإلكترونية تبعاً لمتغير سنوات الخدمة، بينما لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً تبعاً لمتغير الجنس، وأيضاً عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً حول متوسط استجابات المبحوثين لدرجة وعي المعلمين بعمليات التقويم الأصيل تبعاً لمتغيرات (الجنس - سنوات الخدمة). وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة عقد ورشات العمل الخاصة للمشرفيين التربويين في كيفية توظيف ملفات الإنجاز الإلكتروني بشكل أكبر، وتدريب المعلمين من خلال البرامج التدريبية المختلفة على عمليات التقويم الأصيل، بالإضافة لزيادة وعي المعلمين بأهمية ملف الإنجاز الإلكتروني. The study aimed to identify the degree of using of educational supervisors to implement computerization and electronic achievement files, and its role in raising the level of teachers' awareness of the original evaluation processes, as the educational evaluation is considered the most effective educational means in verifying the educational process outputs, and the extent to which the learner has acquired specific experiences and knowledge. The electronic achievement file, which enables students to record all their achievements during a specified period of time, so the teacher can evaluate students in light of that. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, the researcher followed the descriptive and analytical approach, and the researcher prepared a questionnaire consisting of three axes to measure the variables of the study and the relationship between them, the results of the study showed the following: The degree of using educational supervisors to implement computing and electronic achievement files is large, with an arithmetic average of (3.38) and a relative weight (67.6%), while the degree of teachers’ awareness of the original evaluation processes was also large, as its arithmetic average reached (3.41), with a relative weight (68.23%). Which expresses a great degree of awareness. The results also showed the contribution of educational supervisors to using electronic achievement files in increasing and improving teachers’ awareness in the original evaluation processes, as the more educational supervisors employ to implement computing and electronic achievement files, the more teachers’ awareness of the original evaluation processes increases. Finally, the study revealed that there are statistically significant differences about the average responses of the respondents to the degree of using educational supervisors to implement computing and electronic files of achievement according to the variable of years of service, while there are no statistically significant differences according to the gender variable, and also the absence of statistically significant differences about the average responses of the respondents to the degree of teachers’ awareness of operations The original calendar according to the variables (gender - years of service). The study recommended the necessity of holding special workshops for educational supervisors on how to use electronic achievement files more, and training teachers through various training programs on the original evaluation processes, in addition to increasing teachers' awareness of the importance of the electronic achievement file.
