تتجلى أهمية هذا البحث في تطوير الأداء لمدرسات مادة التربية الفنية في المرحلة المتوسطة وتحديث برامج اعدادهن بشكل اكثر فاعلية ، ومن خلال هذه الدراسة تحدد الكفايات المهارية اللازمة للمدرسات ومستوى أهميتها في تطوير أدائهن مهنياً وعلمياً وتقدمهن نحو المستقبل الأفضل لتحقيق مستوى فعال. بناءً على ذلك تم تحديد مجتمع البحث الذي يتكون من المدارس المتوسطة للبنات الصباحية التابعة للمديرية العامة لتربية بغداد الرصافة- الثالثة، وقد كان حجم عينة المدرسات في هذه المدارس (68) مدرسة تشكل نسبة 88.31 % من المجتمع الكلي للمدرسات. أما بالنسبة لأداة البحث فقد اعتمدت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي. ولغرض التحقق من نتائج البحث فقد استعملت الباحثة الوسائل الاحصائية الآتية: الوسط المرجح، الوزن المئوي، معامل ارتباط بيرسون، الاختبار التائي، تحليل التباين. أما أهم النتائج هي: حققت بعض الكفايات المهارية لدى عينة البحث درجة عالية في مستوى التحقق، وحسب المجالات الموضوعة، وقد احتل مجال العلاقات الانسانية والاجتماعية أعلى درجة من بين المجالات، بينما احتل مجال التطوير الذاتي أدنى درجة من بين العشرة مجالات الموضوعة. The importance of this research in the development of performance of teachers of art education in the intermediate stage and update their preparation programs more effectively, and through this study determine the skills required for teachers and the level of importance in the development of their performance professionally and scientifically and their progress towards a better future to achieve an effective level. Accordingly, the research community was determined, which consisted of the middle schools for girls of the General Directorate of Education Baghdad Rusafa - third, and the size of the sample of female teachers in these schools (68) schools, which constitutes 88.31% of the total community of female teachers. As for the research tool, the researcher adopted the descriptive approach. In order to verify the results of the research, the researcher used the following statistical methods: Weighted mean, percentage weight, Pearson correlation coefficient, T test, analysis of variance. The most important results are: Some of the skill competencies of the research sample achieved a high degree in the level of verification, and according to the fields set. (Published abstract)
