This present research aims to evaluate the adequacy of teaching to study the methods of teaching physical education and sports science from the viewpoint of students Department of Physical Education and Sports Science, College of Basic Education, Al-Mustansiriya University. The researcher concluded that there is no specific and fixed approach by the subject teacher, which leads to a hindrance in understanding the subject correctly. A number of the sample sees the subject delivered by the subject teacher commensurate with their physical and professional abilities and a large percentage of responses. The sample believes that the lack of video lectures and educational techniques for physical education lesson material reduces the understanding and understanding of the material correctly. The researcher recommended that it is necessary to have a fixed curriculum and curriculum for students without relying on lectures and reproduction. Technical means must be provided in presenting lectures to students using films, dacho, etc. The department administration should work to ensure that there are monthly meetings with students to listen to their problems with regard to education and lectures.
