ظهر مفهوم تطبيق الأرغونوميا لتحليل الأنشطة التعليمية في ميدان البيداغوجيا رغبة في عقلنه العملية التعليمية، وجعلها أكثر مردودية وذلك بصورة تحليل مختلف الأنساق التعليمية وبذلك رسمت منحى الدراسة الميدانية بالتحليل النسقي للمادة وللممارسة مطبقة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي على فئة المتعلمين للسنة ثانية ثانوي بتطبيق استمارة تحليل أعمال تطبيقية والملاحظة المباشرة للممارسات التعليمية وفق شبكة تحليل العمل المحكي المعياري (النشاط الحقيقي، النشاط الملاحظ) توصلنا خلالها إلى استنتاجات حول نشاطات المتعلم الفكرية، الممارسات، النشاطات والكفاءات والصعوبات التي يواجهها. ‎The application of Ergonomics to analyze educational activities in the field of pedagogy stems from the desire to rationalize the educational process and make it more profitable by analyzing the different systems. The field study developed a descriptive research plan based on the systemic analysis of the material, and of the practice by applying the analysis of the work (the current actual situation, and the formal situation), and was carried out with students in the second year of secondary school by applying direct observation of teaching practices, according to the normative matrix during which we have drawn conclusions on the intellectual activities, practices, and skills of the learner, and the difficulties to which he is confronted. L’application de l'Ergonomie pour analyser les activités éducatives dans le domaine de la pédagogie émane du désir de rationaliser le processus éducatif et de le rendre plus rentable en analysant les différents systèmes. L’étude sur terrain a élaboré un plan de recherche descriptive s’appuyant sur l’analyse systémique du matériel, et de la pratique en appliquant l’analyse du travail (la situation actuelle réelle, et la situation formelles), et a été réalisé avec les étudiants en deuxième année secondaire en appliquant l’observation direct des pratiques pédagogiques , selon la matrice normative au cours desquelles nous avons tiré des conclusions sur les activités intellectuelles, les pratiques, et les compétences de l'apprenant, et les Difficultés auxquels il est confronté.
