يهدف البحث إلى معرفة وجهة نظر الأساتذة الباحثين في علم النفس والاجتماع والتربية حول عوامل تفاقم الجريمة ضد الأطفال في الجزائر، ولتحقيق ذلك تم تصميم استبيان من طرف الباحث استنادًا على الأدبيات التي تناولت موضوع الجريمة، وعلى نظريات الضبط الاجتماعي، وعلى الدراسات السابقة، وقد تم تطبيقه على عينة متكونة من واحد وأربعين (41) أستاذ وأستاذة من جامعات المسيلة وسطيف والبليدة. أسفرت نتائج البحث إلى أن مجتمعنا يطبق ميكانزمات وآليات الضبط الاجتماعي للحد من الجريمة ضد الأطفال بنسبة أقل مما له من قدرات وامكانيات. The research aims to find out the views of professors in psychology, sociology and education about the factors that exacerbate crime against children in Algeria. For this purpose, a questionnaire was designed by the researcher based on the literature of crime, theories of social control, and previous studies. The questionnaire has been applied on a sample of forty-one (41) professors from the universities of M'Sila, Setif and Blida. The research results revealed that our society is implementing social control mechanisms to reduce crime against children to a lesser extent. (Published abstract)
