The study aimed at how to employ multiple intelligences theory and use them to reach the features of educational innovation of the education system in secondary education in Libya, and the researcher used the descriptive analytical method to collect information about the phenomenon under study, which enabled them to prepare study tool which is a questionnaire included three basic themes: axis I - renewal indicators according after the goals and mechanisms of implementation, the second axis - renewal indicators in the prevailing and reflected in the management and structure of the educational school environment, the third axis - renewal indicators according after the content includes the curriculum and teaching methods, calendar, has been applied to the administration to a sample of (33) faculty member at the Faculty of Education, the study found the following results: 1) That secondary education needs to renew educational inclusive of all aspects and dimensions of the stage both in terms of educational goals or educational structure or curricula and teaching methods, methods used, as well as the content of teacher training well, so we get a good and effective output process. 2) That educational innovation in accordance with the theory of multiple intelligences to achieve the development of students' abilities by Zkaouathm also develop their personality in all respects. 3) The possibility of applying continuous learning, according to the capabilities of each student. 4) That educational innovation according to the theory of multiple intelligences represent an integrated system and sequential educational system. 5) On those in charge of the educational process provide all the necessary resources to achieve all indicators of renewal within the schools. 6) The establishment of a modern and sophisticated for the development of students' educational schools according to Zkaouathm equipped with modern technology, and includes a number of improved education centers within it. 7) The use of multiple intelligences theory and its application in the classroom confirms the principles of understanding and analysis of information, not conservation.
