The current research is limited to educational counselors in Diyala governorate. The sample of the study is composed of (400) male and female consolers. The researcher uses the program of statistical package for the psychological and social sciences (SPSS) in the processing of the data. The research found the following result: building a scale of contra suggestion. According to the findings of the present study, some recommendations and suggestions have been formulated.
