The aim of the research was to investigate the effectiveness of a blog based training program in developing electronic tests design skills of industrial secondary stage teachers. The researcher adopted the experimental research design. A group of (30) teachers from the East Zagazig Educational Administration participated in the research forming one pre-post- treatment group. The instruments of the research were a prepost-achievement test to measure the cognitive domain of the electronic tests design skills and a pre-post- observation sheet to measure the psychomotor domain. In addition, the researcher prepared the blog-based training program with a teacher's guide for how to use it in order to achieve the aim of the research Findings of the research proved the effectiveness of the training program in developing electronic tests design skills of industrial secondary stage teachers. Research Results:- There is a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the treatment group studying through the blog-based training program in the pre-and the post administration of the achievement test of the cognitive domains of the electronic tests design skills favoring the post administration.- There is a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the treatment group studying through the blog-based training program in the pre-and the post-administration of the observation sheet of the psychomotor domain favoring the post administration.- These results proved the effectiveness of the blog-based training program in developing electronic tests design skills of industrial secondary stage teachers in both; the cognitive and the psychomotor domains.
