The present research paper aimed at designing an electronic professional package for developing cognitive and practical dimensions as well as attitudes towards electronic training among preparatory Al Azhar Institute teachers. Moreover, it investigated the package's effectiveness using a training needs checklist prepared for in-service preparatory Al Azhar Institute teachers in the light of total quality standards. Further more, it utilized an observation sheet for the teaching practices, an attitude towards E-training scale and an achievement test related to teaching practices. The results of the study revealed that the training package was effective in developing cognitive and practical dimensions as well as attitudes towards electronic training among preparatory Al Azhar Institute teachers. It also concluded that there was a positive relationship between teacher's teaching practices and his attitudes towards training pattern. The study recommends the need to give prominence to electronic professional training packages in developing the given dimensions at all stages with all subjects. (Published abstract)
