The following study "the effect of constructive learning curve model in expressive performance and developing innovative thinking in preparatory stage female students" has started with the following zero hypotheses to achieve the aims of the study. To achieve that, the researcher relied on a tentative design which is one of the semi- control designs. It is to choose a control group with pretest and posttest. The study sample constituted of two regular classes from Antaqia Secondary School for Girls. The study sample, which was 60 female students, was divided into two groups of 30 female students. One of them is the control group and the second one is the experimental group. The researcher has taught the experimental group using constructive learning curve model, while the control group was taught using the traditional way. The researcher has made a statistical balance between the two study groups in the following variables: age (in months), the parents' educational background, the scores in linguistic efficiency, intelligence, the scores of the previous year in Arabic, the scores of the pretest in innovative thinking, and the scores of the pretest in expressive writing. The researcher has restricted the study material to six subjects from eleven study subjects chosen by a group of experts. In the light of the subjects, the researcher has derived 51 behavioral objectives, and prepared a daily teaching plan for the two groups. The two teaching plans were forwarded to a group of experts and specialists in Arabic language, methods of teaching Arabic, education, and psychology in order to test their validity. The researcher used a unified research tool to test expressive performance and innovative thinking in the two study groups which is a set of achievement tests to apply on the students of the two groups at the end of each subject depending on the stimulation of (barber fixing 2005). The researcher also prepared a scale for innovative thinking only for the purpose of trial by reviewing the literature, theses, and dissertations in this field. The researcher has applied the test on both study groups at the end of the experiment. The students of the two groups have written on six chosen topics whom the researcher taught herself during the experiment period which lasted for one semester. The researcher scored the test then used t- test, medium Pearson coefficient, Ki square as statistical instruments to process the study data. (Published abstract)
