The aim of this research was to develop alternative future visions to the educational preparation program for the teachers of family education taking into account the requirements of future schools until 2030 and to achieve this goal a list of job requirements for the teacher had been prepared using (Delphi technique) and a number of future scenarios to develop educational preparation programs provided to the teacher were built using (Scenario technique and Cross Impact Matrix). Finally models of alternative futures for educational preparation program for teacher of family education were constructed. The research has finalized a list of 30 requirements necessary for the job of family education teachers in the future, three scenarios for the program of educational preparation which were ( referential ,reformative and creative ), and three alternative visions of the future were predicted according to the previous scenarios.
