The research aims to explore the major impediments to the use of e-learning relating to administration, faculty members and students. The research employed the questionnaire to compile information and data relevant to the topic under study. The researcher used the descriptive approach. However, the research has unearthed the following findings: Existence of impediments obstructing faculty members from using e-learning from their own viewpoint, which came in the following order: the first and foremost were impediments related to students, followed by impediments related to faculty members, and then impediments related to administrative and technical aspects, which came in the third order. The research findings further revealed that the principal impediment relating to students was their preoccupation by visiting websites not relating to the learning process. The major impediment relating to faculty members was the lack of material incentives for using this type of learning system. Moreover, the major impediment relating to the administrative and technical aspect was poor internet service in some classrooms. In view of these findings, the researcher recommends the necessity of having proper preparation for the process of teaching via e-learning system in order to draw students' attention to the topic under discussion in the classroom and to avoid being preoccupied by other affairs, to train students on how to interact with their teachers through various e-learning tools and to strive hard to provide material and moral incentives to spur faculty members to the use of e-learning system.
