The study aimed to knowing the attitudes of the students in the faculty of Education with two sections (kindergarten, Special Education ) at Al-Jouf University Concerning Future Career, and detection of the relationship between their attitudes to the future career and all of : Potential motives behind the specialization, internal and external locus of control, and GPA. the current study sample consisted of (655) female students of Faculty of Education at Al-Jouf University distributed as follows: (366) female students at kindergarten Dept. (289) female students at Special education Dept. of all academic levels, was the use of the following study tools: attitude measure toward future career, measure potential motives behind the specialization, Rottar Scale for internal and external locus of control. The study found the most important the following results: There were positive attitude towards future Career of the students in the faculty of Education at Al-Jouf University with two sections (kindergarten, Special Education). There is a positive correlation significant sign between the averages for students grades (kindergarten and special education) on attitude measure toward future career and averages between their marks on Potential motives behind the specialization. There is a positive correlation significant sign between the averages for students grades (kindergarten and special education) on attitude measure toward students and averages between their marks on locus of control scale. There is no correlation between averages for student's marks (kindergarten and special education) on attitude measure toward future career and between GPA. There is no significant sign between attitudes of kindergarten students and special education toward future career due to the variable of study specialization. There is significant differences between Attitudes of kindergarten & Special Education Students Concerning Future Career due to variable of academic level. (Published abstract)
