The research aimed to recognizing the relation between authorization and pressures of work for principals at AL-Gonfidah governorate. Descriptive survey method and correlation descriptive one are used. research society includes male and female principals of public schools at AL- Gonfidah governorate ( 313 ) principals during the second term of the school year 1434-1435 AH. The research has used two questionnaires prepared by herself to collect the data required for the purpose of research .The first one measures the degree of authorization for male and female principals of schools. The second measures degree of work pressures for male and female principals at AL-Gonfidah governorate. These two questionnaires are filled according to Likert , 5 criterion. To analyze the data of research, factor of Berson relation was used to calculate the credibility of internal co-ordination of the research tool .To calculate the correlation between the degree of practicing authorization and pressures of work for male and female principals of schools and equation Alfa Kronbaj to calculate the research tool, median and standard deviation to assess the responses of the sample individuals and calculate the degree. The Most Important Results of the research: The results showed that the degree of practicing their granted validities for male and female principals of public schools at ALGonfidah governorate, this degree was high – as the median was ( 3.75 ) . The results showed that the degree of the total pressures of the work for male and female principals of public schools AL-Gonfidah governorate was medium – as the median was ( 2.7 ). There is inverse correlation between degree of authorization and degree of the pressures of work for male and female principals AL-Gonfidah governorate.The research has recommended the following: Giving more authorities that enable principals of schools to take decisions and managing the school work. Training the principals on how to benefit from the granted authorities. Principals should co-operate with teachers and management staff by giving them some authorizations to reduce the pressures of work. Saving the required human and material needs of schools.
