The study aimed to identify the parallel education experience at a good university, and look at the experiences of some Arab and foreign countries, and to submit proposals to develop the program, using the descriptive approach, and distributed a questionnaire to a random sample of 30 members of the faculty. Results: There are good financial management systems to adjust the exchange rate. The study costs in the parallel education programs suitable for students. The funding sources for the program of parallel education is sufficient. Poor coordination between the parallel education departments and departments of the university. Limited availability of administrative and academic supervision and regular. Weak link curriculum goals of the program. The lack of balance between the content of theoretical and applied aspects. Recommendations: interesting method for selecting members of the body, linking the curriculum goals of the program and budget between the theoretical and practical aspects. Media interest in the development of awareness of the importance of education and the advantages of the parallel educational opportunities provided through it. (Published abstract)
