Problem of study have been stated in the weakness of female students if third year secondary school in grammatical skills, and to contribute in solving this problem, the study aimed to explore the efficacy of a proposed teaching strategy based on blending flip classes and authentic assessment in developing grammatical skills among female students of second-year in secondary school or achieving the objectives of study, the researcher has been used the semi-experimental approach, based on two group design: experimental and control, and built two tools: grammatical skills checklist, suitable for second year of secondary school, and achievement test for assessing grammatical skills among female students of second year secondary school, and two research materials: teacher guide and student guide, After the researcher verified the validity and reliability of the research tools started to be applied to the sample consisting of 40 female students from the second grade secondary dividers into two groups (experimental and control group), and the researcher used a range of statistical methods to ensure validity and reliability of search tool and access to Search results from these methods: the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and coefficient A Cronbach, and the coefficient of ease and difficulty and the coefficient of discrimination, and analysis of variance associated (ANCOVA), and after the necessary statistical analyzes researcher found the following results: There are significant differences at the level (0.05 ) between the mean scores of students in the experimental and control groups in the dimensional collection of grammatical skills at the level knowledge; comprehension; application; analysis; synthesis; evaluation, and all these differences were in favor of the experimental group In the light of results of study, researcher proposed some recommendations : making a good interest of developing grammatical skills during planning of grammar courses, spreading awareness among teachers of the importance of grammatical skills, and its importance for students Researcher also proposed future researches such as: efficacy of blending of teaching strategy based on blending flip classes and authentic assessment in developing grammatical skills among students of intermediate schools, efficacy of blending of teaching strategy based on blending flip classes and other strategies in developing grammatical skills.
