The research goals to know the “effective teaching by using Appleton and Brain Storming strategies in the teaching of chemistry, in developing the scientific conclusion and motivation of knowledge for students of 2nd class intermediate school The research community collection included students of a 2nd class intermediate school for the academic year (2014-2015) 92 students total, distributed in a random way (three sections that is a, b, c). the sample of the study amounted to 62 students divided into two groups, the number of the 1st experimental group students were (32) whom taught Appleton strategy, second experimental group (30) students whom taught Brain Storming strategy, it had been verified of the equivalent of the two groups in some variables that may effects on the results of the experiment, the two groups were found equivalent in all the variables, Both “research tools” contained the scientific conclusion test that was developed by (Lawson), and the knowledge motivation scale prepared (Mahmud, 2004). After completing the experiment of the research, Both groups were tested, and after processing the results statistically, 1st experimental group that was taught according to (Appleton strategy) in the post test (after-test) in developing of each “the scientific conclusion and knowledge motivation” was superior on the 2nd experimental group that was taught in accordance to (Brain Storming strategy). According to the results, there was a set of conclusions and proposals. (Published abstract)
