The study aimed to use the one parameter model "rasch model" in design a Criterion-Referenced Test Achievement in decision Research Methods for students in kindergarten section of the Faculty of Education at Taif University, To achieve this goal has been to design a Criterion-Referenced Test in the decision of Research Methods measure student achievement and students and provides an evaluation of objective required Mastery consists of (40) skills paragraph of multiple choice (four options), and applied the test on the sample of 226 female students in kindergarten section, and the results indicated the matching responses for 40 items, which is all the paragraphs of the test the final his image Rush assumptions of the model, has reached the reliability coefficient for individuals (0.91) The stability of the test plants reached (0.87), the study concluded a set of recommendations.
