هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة فعالية تخطيط مديري المدارس الحكومية وعلاقتها بتحقيق الجودة الشاملة للعملية التعليمية من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين والاداريين في محافظات شمال الضفة الغربية والبالغ عددهم (222) مشرف ومشرفة وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (190) مشرف ومشرفة، أي ما يقارب (85.6%) من المشرفين والمشرفات التربويين والإداريين من مجتمع الدراسة، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة، قام الباحثان بإعداد استبانة وبعد تطبيقها على عينة طبقية عشوائية، وتحليل البيانات باستخدام الرزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS). توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعه من النتائج كان أهمها أن علاقة بين فعالية تخطيط مديري المدارس الحكومية وعلاقتها بتحقيق الجودة الشاملة للعملية التعليمية من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين والإداريين في محافظات شمال الضفة الغربية كما تبين أنه توجد علاقة ارتباط ذو دلالة إحصائية بين فعالية تخطيط مديري المدارس الحكومية وبين تحقيق الجودة الشاملة للعملية التعليمية، وظهر أيضاً عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة فعالية تخطيط مديري المدارس الحكومية في تحقيق الجودة الشاملة للعملية التعليمية تبعا للمتغيرات الديموغرافية (الجنس، التخصص، عدد سنوات الخبرة). This study aimed to know the effectiveness of government school principals planning and its relationship to achieving the overall quality of the educational process from the point of view of educational and administrative supervisors in the governorates of the northern West Bank, which are (222) supervisors and supervisors. The study sample consisted of (190) supervisors and supervisors, that is approximately (85.6%) of educational and administrative supervisors and supervisors from the study community, and to achieve the goal of the study, the researchers prepared a questionnaire and after applying it to a random stratified sample, and analyzing the data using the statistical package of social sciences (SPSS). The study reached a set of results, the most important of which was that a relationship between the effectiveness of government school principals planning and its relationship to achieving the overall quality of the educational process from the point of view of educational and administrative supervisors in the northern West Bank governorates. It also showed that there is a statistically significant correlation relationship between the effectiveness of school planning Governmental schools and between achieving the overall quality of the educational process, and there was also a lack of statistically significant differences in the degree of effectiveness of government school principals planning in achieving the overall quality of the educational process according to demographic variables (gender, specialization, number of years of experience).
