هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى إدارة الأزمات وعلاقتها بتنمية التفكير الإبداعي من وجهة نظر الأكاديميين في جامعة عمر المختار- درنه، كما هدفت الدراسة إلى إيضاح مستوى تنمية التفكير الإبداعي من وجهة نظر الأكاديميين ومعرفة طبيعة العلاقة بين إدارة الأزمات وتنمية التفكير الإبداعي من وجهة نظر الأكاديميين بالجامعة والتعرف عما إذ كان هناك فروق جوهرية لآراء المبحوثين حول متغيري إدارة الأزمات وتنمية التفكير الإبداعي تعزي لبعض المتغيرات الديموغرافية (النوع - العمر - المؤهل العلمي - الدرجة العلمية - مدة الخدمة) ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة أتبع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي فقد قام الباحثتان بتطوير استبانة معتمدا على بعض الدراسات السابقة وقد تمثل مجتمع الدراسة في جميع أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة عمر المختار- درنه وكان حجم العينة المختارة (113) عضواً وبعد توزيع الاستبيان تم استرجاع (63) استمارة وتم استخدام حزمة (spss) في التحليل وتم التوصل إلى عدة استنتاجات تمثلت في: عدم وجود علاقة دالة إحصائية بين إدارة الأزمة وتنمية التفكير الإبداعي وأن الأكاديميين يمارسون إدارة الأزمة وتنمية التفكير الإبداعي بدرجة مرتفعه، وأظهرت وجود فروق جوهرية لمتوسط إدارة الأزمات تعزي لمتغيري (المؤهل العلمي ومدة الخدمة)، بينما أثبتت وجود فروق جوهرية لمتوسط تنمية التفكير الإبداعي تعزي للمتغيرات (النوع - الدرجة العلمية - المؤهل العلمي - مدة الخدمة). This study aimed to identify the nature of the relationship between crisis-management and the development of creative thinking by opinion's lectures of University of Omar Al-Mukhtar in Derna. Also the nature of the relationship between crisis-management and demographic variables of (Gender - age - educational level - Degree - length of service - the, etc..), in addition, aimed to identify the nature of the relationship between the development of creative thinking and demographic factors under study. The sample of the study 113 lectures of University of Omar Al-Mukhtar in Derna, the researchers used questionnaire to data collection has been distributed to the population of the study which has reached the number of forms received and valid (63) The data were analyzed using the statistical analysis SPSS that has been reached following results: The study showed that lectures of University of Omar Al-Mukhtar under study engaged or practiced in crisis-management and the development of creative thinking by high degrees .Therefore, the study resulted in a statistically found a significant relationship between crisis-management and demographic variables the following: (Degree, and length of service) only the remaining variables did not include any relationship of statistically. As is clear from the study that there is significant statistical relationship between the development of creative thinking and the demographic variables as like Gender, length of service, educational level - Degree but other variables, was statistically significant. Thus, the relationship between crisis management and development of creative thinking did not include any relationship of statistically. Through the findings of the study provides a set of recommendations which it is hoped lectures of the University of Omar Al-Mukhtar followed to reach the optimum utilization of crisis-management and the development of creative thinking have a future.
