هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى الصحة التنظيمية السائدة في الجامعات الأردنية من وجهة نظر القادة الأكاديميين وعلاقتها بالتمكين الوظيفي، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (164) قائداً أكاديمياً، تم استخدام الاستبانة أداة للدراسة. حيث أظهرت النتائج أن: مستوى كلاً من الصحة التنظيمية والتمكين الوظيفي جاء بدرجة متوسطة. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة موجبة وذات دلالة إحصائية بين الصحة التنظيمية والتمكين الوظيفي. وأوصت الدراسة ضرورة اهتمام وتطوير وتنمية مفهوم الصحة التنظيمية السائدة في الجامعات وتعزيزها، وذلك بتهيئة المناخ المناسب لغرس قيم ومبادئ التمكين الإداري من خلال عقد الدورات والندوات والمحاضرات الهادفة. The study aimed to reveal the organizational health prevailing in Jordanian universities from the viewpoint of academics leaders and its relationship to enabling them to a job empowerment. The study followed the correlative descriptive method and a questionnaire was designed as a study tool. The study sample consisted of (164) academic leaders. Among the most important findings of the study: The level of job empowerment and organizational health was moderate. The study results showed a positive and statistically significant relationship between job empowerment and organizational health. The researcher recommended to develop of the concept of organizational health in the Jordanian universities by creating an appropriate environment to instill values and principles of job empowerment through holding courses, seminars and lectures.
