هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة المشرفين التربويين للدور القيادي وفق معايير وزارة التربية والتعليم في الأردن من وجهة نظرهم. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (206) مشرفاً ومشرفة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام الاستبانة أداة للدراسة مكونة من (54) فقرة. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة: أن درجة ممارسة المشرفين التربويين للدور القيادي تبعاً لمعايير القيادة المعتمدة لدى وزارة التربية والتعليم من وجهة نظرهم جاء بدرجة كبيرة، وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد العينة تبعاً لاختلاف متغيرات الجنس، والمؤهل، والخبرة. وفي ضوء النتائج أوصت الدراسة بعدة توصيات أهمها: المحافظة على الدرجة الكبيرة لدرجة ممارسة المشرفين التربويين للدور القيادي تبعاً لمعايير القيادة المعتمدة لدى وزارة التربية والتعليم، والتشجيع المستمر للمشرفين التربويين من قبل مديريات التربية والتعليم ككل. This study aimed to investigate the degrees of practicing leadership role by educational supervisors according to the ministry of education standards in Jordan from their point of view. To achieve study goals descriptive approaches were followed and a questionnaire of (54) clause was developed as a tool. The sample of the study was (206) supervisors. The results indicated that the degree of practicing supervisors to their leadership role according to standards of ministry of education in Jordan from their point of view come in a high level. The results also showed that no statistical difference attributed to qualification, sex and experience .The study recommended to preserve the high level of supervisors’ leadership role according to the standards of the Ministry of Education, and to continue encouraging supervisors from directorates of education.
