The present research aimed to identify the reality of administrative performance in educational institutions in the State of Kuwait. Explanation of the phenomenon, analysis, development and comparison with other phenomena, the research was limited to the Department of Education in Mubarak Al-Kabeer Governorate, Kuwait. The most important results of the research and the most important recommendations reached: 1) Utilization of the technological revolution and the resulting explosion of knowledge. 2) Adapt administrative performance to external variables social, cultural, economic or technological. 3) Making school performance achieve the competitive advantage by applying the concept of knowledge economy. 4) Encouraging collaborative work within the institution in the form of episodes of knowledge. 5) Recording knowledge assets and converting them into digital content stored on the computer. 6) Establish working groups that can be called knowledge workshops to discuss and develop work.
