Knowledge management is currently one of the most important intellectual innovations on which instruction technology depends for the development of all aspects of learning for all segments of society. It also has many tools and techniques that, if they are well employed in the educational process, this will bring multiple benefits to the outputs of university education and the labor market. In spite of the lack of studies in the field of educational technology, which focused on the management of knowledge and its dependence on multiple techniques, but most of the previous studies called for the need for more research on knowledge management and its different techniques and the impact of each technique on all the elements of the educational process. The research sought to test the techniques effectiveness of knowledge management in a digital training Platform for the development of linguistic communication intelligence skills; and the degree of satisfaction of students towards the techniques of knowledge management, and the sample of the research included (14) students from the Faculty of Specific Education at Mansoura University and its branch in MitGhamr, The research sample was divided into two experimental groups (brainstorming technique, practice community technique), a test was designed to measure students' achievement of the cognitive aspects of linguistic communication intelligence skills, and a linguistic communication intelligence skills scale and note card to measure the ability of the research sample of those skills. As well as, a satisfaction scale is designed to measure the satisfaction of the research sample towards the used technique of knowledge management in the digital training Platform. The research has followed a set of procedures to ensure a good instructional design of the digital training platform provided by knowledge management technique, The results has showed the effectiveness of knowledge management technique on the research variables in general; There were statistically significant differences between the two experimental groups in the pre / post measurement of the Achievement Test, which confirms that students acquire knowledge and information from digital training platforms of knowledge management technique : brainstorming and the practice community, However, the results of the experimental group (A) to which the experimental treatment applied the brainstorming pattern were relatively higher than the second experimental group (B) with which the experimental treatment applied the technique of communities of practice. While the results of the linguistic communication intelligence scale are different from the results of the achievement test, where the results of the experimental group (A) with which the experimental treatment applied the brainstorming technique were significantly higher than the results of the second experimental group (B) on which the experimental treatment applied the technique of communities of practice. These results confirm the impact of brainstorming technique on the development of skills in general and the development of linguistic communication intelligence skills in particular. While the results of the two groups of satisfaction scale towards the knowledge management technique were not fully consistent with those of the linguistic communication intelligence skills scale and note card, there was a relatively close satisfaction between the two experimental groups towards the knowledge management technique. The research recommended the importance of knowledge management techniques, especially brainstorming technique because of its strong impact on the transfer of information and knowledge and the development of skills with the need for further research.
