هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تعرُّف آراء الطلاب/المعلمين، ومشرفي المقرر وقادة المدارس المتعاونة تجاه مقرر التربية الميدانية بكلية التربية بجامعة الملك خالد، وعلاقة ذلك بمتغير الوظيفة والمرحلة والتخصص، ومن ثمّ تقديم المقترحات اللازمة لتطوير هذا المقرر، ولتحقيق ذلك أعدّ الباحثان استبانة لاستطلاع آراء عينة البحث والتي تكونت من (112) طالبا، و(14) مشرفا، و(77) قائد مدرسة، وباستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي أظهرت النتائج محايدة عينة البحث في الحكم على الجوانب التنظيمية وعلى مناسبة أساليب التخطيط والطرائق والوسائل وعلى وجود بعض المشكلات التي تواجه طلبة المقرر في حين اتفقت العينة على تحقيق المقرر لأهدافه وعلى مناسبة التقويم، ولم تظهر النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين استجابات عينة البحث من المشرفين وقادة المدارس والطلاب المعلمين على أي من المجالات الخمسة، كما لم تظهر النتائج فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير المرحلة الدراسية في تقييم العينة للمجالات الخمسة عدا مجال مناسبة أساليب التخطيط والطرائق والوسائل التي أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق في تقديرات العينة لها تعزى للمرحلة الدراسية والتخصص، كما قدمت عينة البحث عددا من المقترحات التطويرية للمقرر كان أبرزها وضع أدلة متعددة لتوجيه عمل التربية الميدانية لكل من الطالب المعلم والمشرف وقائد المدرسة، واختيار المدارس المناسبة للتدريب، وتخصيص الفصل الدراسي للتربية الميدانية فقط دون أي مقررات دراسية أخرى، وقدمت الدراسة بعض التوصيات بناء على ذلك. The current study aims at identifying the points of views of the student-teachers, the course supervisors and the collaborating school principals towards the course of practicum at the Faculty of Education, King Khalid University; and exploring a mutual relation with a variable of the job, the educational stage and specialism, and then giving the necessary suggestions to improve the intended course. To achieve goals, the two researchers prepared a questionnaire and surveyed about (112) studentteachers, (14) supervisors and (77) school principals as well. Furthermore, by using the descriptive analytical method, the results revealed a neutralization of the study sample in judging on the organizational aspects and suitability of the planning, the methods and the aids techniques. In addition, the results indicated there were some problems facing the student-teachers of the intended practicum course, whilst agreed on the sample of the study to achieve the intended course its objectives, besides the evaluations. The results do not show that, there are statistically significant differences among responses of the study sample on each of the five domains. The results, also, do not indicate that there are statistically significant differences, that is attributed to the educational stage variable, in evaluating the study sample for the five domains except the domain of suitability of the planning, the methods and the aids techniques in which the results revealed there are statistically significant differences in evaluating the study sample for it, this is attributed to the educational stage and the specialism. Additionally, the sample of the study gave some suggestions to develop the course of practicum, the most eminent one is to provide a course handbook that can guide and advise the student-teachers, the supervisors and the schools principals on the practicum. Selecting the suitable school for the training specify and determine the academic semester or the academic term for the practicum only rather than the other courses. Last not least, based on that, the study gives some recommendations. (Published abstract)
