This study aimed to identify the strategic analysis competencies of the school leaders in the governorate of Umluj from their point of view and to identify the differences between the responses of the study society in determining the extent to which the school leaders possess the skills of strategic analysis in the governorate of Almag following the variables (gender, experience, availability of training) The study tool consisted of (31) paragraphs and was statistically calculated. It was applied to (82) leaders and leaders in the schools of Umluj governorate in the academic year 1438-1439 AH. The study reached a number of results, including the following: The degree of strategic planning competencies of the school leaders in the governorate of Umluj from their point of view (medium). The results of the degree of dimensions of strategic planning competencies were as follows, The degree of strategic planning competencies of the school leaders in the governorate of Umluj I: Skills related to the preparation phase of the strategic analysis process (medium) with Mean (3.659) and a standard deviation (0.7572), The degree of strategic planning competencies of the school leaders in the governorate of Umluj II: Skills related to the stage of analysis processes: a. Skills of analyzing the internal environment of the school (large) with Mean (3.915) and a standard deviation (1.008),The degree of strategic planning competencies of the school leaders in the governorate of Umluj II: Skills related to the stage of analysis processes: skills of analyzing the external environment of the school at a (intermediate) level with Mean (3.378) and a standard deviation of 1.09,The degree of strategic planning competencies among the school leaders in Umluj area of the third axis: Skills related to the stage of selection of strategic alternatives (medium) with Mean (3.231) and a standard deviation (0.934), There are no statistically significant differences at the level of (α ≤ 0.05) for the mean and standard deviations of individual estimates due to the gender variable in all axes and in the total score except for the second axis. For school differences came in favor of females, There are statistically significant differences at (α ≤ 0.05) between the point of view of the respondents due to the variable number of years of experience (less than 5 years - from 5 years to less than 10 years - 10 years and above) in all subjects except (A) Skills related to the stage of analysis: a. Skills of analysis of the internal environment of the school (There are no significant differences at the level of (α ≤00.05) between the point of view of the sample attributed to the variable number of years of experience. There were no statistically significant differences at the level of (α ≤ 0.05) between the responses of the sample members due to the variable of availability of training (yes-no) in the terms of the axis and the third, while there were statistically significant differences of (α ≤00.05) The sample is attributable to the variable availability of training (yes-no) in the second and third axis terms and the total sum for the benefit of the trainees.
