هدف البحث إلى التعرف على دور الهيئة التدريسية في تنمية مهارات طلبة جامعة القدس المفتوحة التي يتطلبها سوق العمل من وجهة نظر الطلبة، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي؛ لغرض هذا البحث وتم تطبيقه على طلبة المستوى الرابع في جامعة القدس المفتوحة بفروعها الخمسة بقطاع غزة وكانت عينة الدراسة عشوائية، وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: بلغت نسبة المهارات التي تتمتع بها الهيئة التدريسية في جامعة القدس المفتوحة (82.66%) وبلغت نسبة المهارات التي يتمتع بها الطلبة (78.60%)، توجد علاقة ايجابية بين مهارات الهيئة التدريسية ومهارات الطلبة؛ حيث كان معامل ارتباط بيرسون.794**، المتغير المستقل (مهارات الهيئة التدريسية) يؤثر في المتغير التابع (مهارات الطلبة) بنسبة 63%، لا توجد فروق بين متوسطات استجابات المبحوثين حول متغيرات الدراسة تعزى لمتغير الجنس بينما توجد فروق تعزى لمتغير المنطقة التعليمية والعمر وتوصل البحث لمجموعة من التوصيات أهمها ضرورة تعزيز المهارات المختلفة لدى الطلبة التي يتطلبها سوق العمل، كمهارة التعامل باللغة الانجليزية، والتخطيط الاستراتيجي الشخصي، واستخدام الوسائل والتقنيات الحديثة. This study aims at identifying the role of the teaching staff in the development of Al-Quds Open University students' skills required by the labor market from the perspective of the students. The researcher followed the analytical descriptive method in this study, and it was applied on the fourth level students at Al-Quds Open University with its five branches in the Gaza Strip. The study sample was randomly chosen. The main results of this study are as follows: The skills of the teaching staff at Al Quds Open University is (82.66%) and the skills that the students had reached the percentage of (78.60%). There was a positive relation between the skills of the teaching staff and those of the students; where the Spearman correlation coefficient was 794 **. The independent variable (Teaching Stuff Skills) effects on the dependent variable (Students' Skills) about 63%. There are no differences between the mean scores of respondents responses about the variables of the study attributed to the gender variable, while there are differences attributed to the educational region and age. The study came up with a set of recommendations including the need to strengthen the various skills of the students required by the labor market, as the skill to deal in English, the personal strategic planning and the use of the modern tools and techniques.(Published Abstract)
