هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى واقع توظيف معلمي الرياضيات في المرحلة الأساسية بمدارس شرق غزة لاستراتيجيات التعلم النشط من وجهة نظرهم وسبل تعزيزه، ولتحقيق ذلك استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (100) معلم ومعلمة من معلمي ومعلمات الرياضيات بالمرحلة الأساسية في مدارس شرق غزة بواقع (60) معلماً و (40) معلمة، استخدم الباحث الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة حيث تكونت من (37) فقرة موزعة على أربع مجالات هي (المنهج، المتعلمين، طبيعة الاستراتيجيات، توظيف الاستراتيجيات)، عولجت البيانات ببرنامج الحزم الإحصائية (SPSS) وكانت نتائج الدراسة كما يلي: 1) تقدير العينة لتوظيف استراتيجيات التعلم النشط وفقاً للمجالات الأربعة في الاستبانة كان كبيراً وبنسبة مئوية كلية (75.4%). 2) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند متوسط (α≤0.05) بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد العينة لواقع توظيف معلمي الرياضيات في المرحلة الأساسية بمدارس شرق غزة لاستراتيجيات التعلم النشط تبعاً لمتغيرات الجنس (معلم، معلمة) أو المؤهل العلمي (دبلوم، بكالوريوس، دراسات عليا). 3) وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد العينة لواقع توظيف معلمي الرياضيات في المرحلة الأساسية بمدارس شرق غزة لاستراتيجيات التعلم النشط باختلاف سنوات الخدمة (أقل من 5 سنوات- من 5 سنوات وأقل من 10 سنوات- من 10 سنوات وأقل من 15 سنة- 15 سنة فأكثر) لصالح من 5- 10 سنوات. ومن أبرز مقترحات أفرد العينة لتعزيز المعلمون استراتيجيات التعلم النشط، عقد دورات تدريبية للمعلمين والمعلمات للتعريف أكثر باستراتيجيات التعلم النشط، وتقليل حجم الطلاب في الفصول الدراسية. وأوصت الدراسة بعدة توصيات لتوظيف استراتيجيات التعلم النشط منها: عقد دورات وورش عمل للمعلمين لتعريفهم باستراتيجيات التعلم النشط، وجود أدلة للمعلم باستراتيجيات التعلم النشط، وتقليل حجم المنهاج الدراسي لإتاحة الفرصة لتطبيق الاستراتيجيات. The study aimed to identify the reality of employment of mathematics teachers in the primary stage in East Gaza schools to active learning strategies from their perspective and its reinforcement ways. To achieve study objectives the researcher used the analytical-descriptive approach. The study sample was (100) mathematic teachers in the primary stage in East Gaza schools with (60) male teachers and (40) female teachers. The researcher designed questionnaire consisting of (37) items distributed into (4) domains (curriculum, learners, strategies nature, strategies employment). The researcher also used the statistical package for the social science (SPSS) to process the questionnaire, and the study findings were as following: 1) The sample estimation to the strategies employment of active learning according to the four domains was high with a total percentage weight of (75.4%). 2) There was no statistically significant differences at the (α≤0.05) levels of the sample between the means of study sample members of the reality of employment of mathematic teachers in the primary stage in East Gaza schools to the active learning strategies attributed to variables of sex (male teachers, female teachers) and academic qualification (diploma, bachelor, postgraduate). 3) There was statistically significant differences between the means of study sample members' estimates of the reality of employment of mathematics teachers in the primary stage in East Gaza schools attributed to years of service (< 5, 5-10, 10- 15, > 15) in the favor of (from 5 to 10) years. The most important suggestion of study sample members' to reinforce the teachers to active learning strategies is training courses for teachers to know more about the active learning strategies, and reduce the number of students in the classes. The study recommended a lot of recommendation to employ the active learning strategies like: training courses and workshop to the teachers about active learning strategies, find guides to the teacher about active learning strategies, and reduce the size of curriculum to give the chance to apply the strategies.(Published Abstract)
