هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة الثقة التنظيمية في المدارس الثانوية بمحافظة رفح من وجهة نظر المعلمين، ولتحقيق ذلك استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت أداة الدراسة من (30) فقرة موزعة على مجالات الدراسة، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من (450) معلماً ومعلمة، حيث كان عدد الاستبانات المرجعة (243) أي بمعدل (54%)، واجريت مقابلة مع المعلمين لوضع مقترحات لزيادة الثقة التنظيمية، وتوصلت للنتائج التالية: 1) أن الدرجة الكلية للثقة التنظيمية في المدارس الثانوية بمحافظة رفح من وجهة نظر معلميهم حصلت على وزن نسبي (78.89%). 2) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05≥ Α) بين متوسطات درجات تقدير أفراد العينة لواقع الثقة التنظيمية بالمدارس الثانوية في محافظة رفح تعزى لمتغير (الجنس، سنوات الخدمة، المؤهل العلمي). وفي ضوء النتائج اقترح الباحث التوصيات التالية: 1) ضرورة الاهتمام بالبعد الانساني ومراعاة مشاعر الزملاء والمعاملة الحسنة. 2) العدالة في التقييم من قبل المديرين والمشرفين، والصراحة والبعد عن المزاجية. 3) عدم المبالغة في الأنشطة والفعاليات اللامنهجية، لأنه يشكل ارهاق للمعلمين ويبعدهم عن تحقيق أهدافهم، وتصبح الامور شكلية فقط. 4) تقييم دوري للمدراء والمشرفين من قبل الإدارة التعليمية، على أن يكون للمعلمين دور في هذا التقييم لقياس مدى تفاعل المدراء والمشرفين مع المعلمين. The study aimed to identify the degree of organizational trust in the secondary schools in Rafah from the point of view of the teachers. To achieve this, the researcher used the analytical descriptive method. The study tool consisted of (30) sections distributed on the study areas. The study society consisted of 450 teachers; the number of questionnaires was 243 (54%). The teachers were interviewed to develop proposals to increase organizational confidence and reached the following results: 1) The total degree of organizational trust in the secondary schools in Rafah from the point of view of their teachers obtained a relative weight 78.89%. 2) There were no statistically significant differences at the level of α (0.05)) between the average scores of the sample members for the reality of organizational trust in the secondary schools in Rafah due to the variable (gender, years of service, qualification). In light of the results, the researcher suggested the following recommendations: 1) the importance of caring for the human dimension and taking into account the feelings of colleagues and good treatment. 2) Equity in evaluation by managers and supervisors, frankness and distance from mood. 3) Do not exaggerate the activities and extracurricular activities, because it is exhausting the teachers and keep them from achieving their goals, and become things only formality. 4) A periodic evaluation of the principals and supervisors by the educational administration, provided that teachers have a role in this assessment to measure the interaction of principals and supervisors with teachers.(Published Abstract)
